I have been mentoring with Nic Anderson since 2015.
As a young teen fully confronted by and not knowing what to do with my depression, anxiety, and eating disorder, I met Nic through the studio she founded (Canberra Yoga Space). Through her mentoring and working with me and my parents, her guidance the last 6 years to date, has enabled us to see what was really going on. I was a high academic achiever, however by repeated self-disconnection, not honouring my boundaries and real interests, I was a sad person, half soul-starved – I could not see how most of me was not being met. Nic’s guidance and work with me and my parents, has changed our lives.
